1. Definitions and Scope

In this document, the words "catar4d", "we", "platform" and "services" refer to catar4d and its entire digital infrastructure operating under international licensing. "Member", "you" and "user" refer to any individual who has registered or attempted to access this platform.

These terms and conditions cover all aspects of platform use including account registration, gaming activity, financial transactions, bonuses, promotions and communications with our customer service team.

This document should be read together with the catar4d Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and this platform.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use catar4d services, an individual must meet the following requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older at the date of registration. This is an absolute age requirement and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• Not be prohibited or restricted by the laws of your country or territory of residence from participating in online gambling activities.
• Register in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the catar4d platform.

3. Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Holding or operating multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all related accounts, including forfeiture of any existing balances and bonuses.

During registration, members are required to provide complete, accurate and current information, including:

• Full name as per identity card (MyKad or other official document)
• Exact date of birth
• An active and accessible email address
• A valid mobile phone number
• Bank account or e-wallet details for payment purposes

catar4d reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time for identity verification (KYC) purposes. Failure to comply with such verification requests may result in temporary restrictions on the account and transactions.

Members are fully responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. catar4d will not be liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence in protecting their account information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

catar4d supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, as well as cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The main terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically within 1 hour after the request is approved.

catar4d reserves the right to hold any suspected transaction for investigation. If an investigation finds any suspicious activity, catar4d reserves the right to freeze the relevant account and report to the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by catar4d are subject to specific wagering requirements. Members are responsible for understanding and complying with these requirements before claiming any bonus.

The catar4d Welcome Bonus provides a bonus of up to 150% of your first deposit value, with a maximum bonus cap of RM500. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Example: Deposit RM100, bonus received RM150, total balance RM250. Wagering requirement is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250.
• Example: Deposit RM800, maximum bonus RM500, total balance RM1,300. Wagering requirement is RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.

Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and may only be used by the registered account holder. Attempts to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts solely to obtain bonuses, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

6. Game Rules

catar4d offers a range of game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, table games such as baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo, as well as fishing games and esports.

All games are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or through licensed live dealers, to ensure fairness and transparency. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

7. Member Conduct

catar4d members are required to interact with the platform and community in a respectful and civil manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software or tools (bots) to play games
• Collaboration between members to gain an unfair advantage (collusion)
• Abusing bonus or promotion programmes through dishonest means
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and possible legal action.

8. Responsible Gambling

catar4d is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should remain an entertainment activity only, and not a source of income or a solution to financial problems.

Responsible gambling tools available to all members include:

• Deposit limits: Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through account settings.
• Wagering limits: Set a maximum wager amount per session or for a specified period.
• Temporary self-exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a self-defined period.
• Permanent self-exclusion: The option to permanently exclude yourself from all catar4d services.

9. Privacy and Data

The collection, storage and processing of catar4d members' personal data is governed entirely by our separate Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you also agree to the catar4d Privacy Policy.

catar4d may use your data for identity verification, transaction processing, account-related communications and to comply with regulatory requirements. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

catar4d provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, catar4d will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on this platform
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned maintenance
• Internet or device access failures on the member's end
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform

catar4d's maximum liability to any member in any situation will not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

11. Changes to Terms

catar4d reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or through in-platform notifications with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where changes required by law may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the catar4d platform after the effective date of any changes is considered your acceptance of the updated terms. Members who do not agree with the changes may close their accounts before the effective date.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where catar4d holds its licence, and operate under a valid international licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through an arbitration process agreed upon by both parties.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in this document shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect.
